Hi everyone, over time I´ve seen many different facets of trauma in people I know and in people I´ve worked with.
What became clearer and clearer to me, was that in many cases the people who experienced traumatic events i.e. in their childhood, more often than not acted out their trauma-related behavior with their children.
The children might pass it on to their children and so on until someone breaks this multi-generational trauma stream.
That’s also why I chose the headline, that trauma is Not just your business.
If you don´t deal with it, you´ll most likely pass it on to your children.
It´ll also affect almost any relationship you have or are trying to have in a major way.
There are many forms of trauma and my definition of trauma is simply anything that causes your system to react or act in a very conditioned/harmful way for yourself and others after certain events or experiences you had.
If even only parts of your traumatic experiences can be brought to light and are looked at,
your quality of life and your relationships can increase immensely.
When you are ready to look at some of these shadows of your past, feel free to contact me
and book a session with me, where we can start to bring light to the shadows of the past.
I wish you all the best in your process, Richard.
